The participants’ fee is € 120 per person and is payable for every group that would like to take part in the Europeade.
The fee for children below the age of 12 who are part of a children’s group has been set at € 75 per person. This reduced price is NOT valid for children who travel with their parents, or for children’s groups participating with fewer than 10 children.

1st part of the registration:
The groups can apply for registration forms for the next Europeade in 2 different ways:
a) By fully completing and returning the application form that will be forwarded by post or e-mail during September 2012.
b) By completing and returning the application form that can be found on our website www.europeade.eu.

2nd part of the registration: FINAL REGISTRATION
Please complete and return the registration forms (that will be forwarded around 15 December 2012) before 20/02/2013.
The registration consists of the following components:
1) Registration form (WORD – 1 page)
2) Production forms (EXCEL – 4 pages)
3) 50 % of the registration fee

On our website www.europeade.eu, we will indicate the total number of participants allowed. For Gotha, this number is 5,000.
Every day, this number will be updated by deducting the number of participants that have registered.
By consulting our website, you will be able to see on a daily basis how many places are still available, and find out whether or not you can still register.
Attention!
The groups will only be added to the final list of participants after they have complied with the above-mentioned conditions, in other words, after ALL forms have been received by the secretariat AND 50 % of the registration fee has been received.
If, despite the new system, overbooking of registered groups should occur, the following criteria will apply:
Date of registration and/or date of receipt of the payment on our bank account.

51th Europeade in Kielce (PL) from 23 till 27 July 2014
