During the 2 major (opening and closing) events, and in view of the growing number of participants we would like to explicitly request that all groups perform by region where possible (on 4 to 5 stages). We do, however, guarantee that each group will have the opportunity to participate in at least one of these events.
A separate programme for the children's groups will be integrated in the overall programme.
We would like to draw your attention to the NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES:
1st part of the registration:
The groups can apply for registration forms for the next Europeade in 2 different ways:
a) By fully completing and returning the application form that will be forwarded by post or e-mail during September 2011.
b) By completing and returning the application form that can be found on our website www.europeade.eu.
THIS IS, HOWEVER, NOT A FINAL REGISTRATION
2nd part of the registration: FINAL REGISTRATION
Please complete and return the registration forms (that will be forwarded around 15 December 2011) before 20/02/2012.
The registration consists of the following components:
1) Registration form (WORD – 1 page)
2) Production forms (EXCEL – 4 pages)
3) 50 % of the registration fee

On our website www.europeade.eu, we will indicate the total number of participants allowed. For Padova, this number is 4,400.
Every day, this number will be updated by deducting the number of participants that have registered.
By consulting our website, you will be able to see on a daily basis how many places are still available, and find out whether or not you can still register.
Attention!
The groups will only be added to the final list of participants after they have complied with the above-mentioned conditions, in other words, after ALL forms have been received by the secretariat AND 50 % of the registration fee has been received.
If, despite the new system, overbooking of registered groups should occur, the following criteria will apply:
Date of registration and/or date of receipt of the payment on our bank account.
