Europeade virtually 2021
We miss you and hope to see you virtually again this year.

As announced last Thursday on Europeade's Facebook, we will see each other next year in Klaipeda.
But for now, we miss you and would like to see you virtually again this year.



Virtual Europeade 2021!

Dear Friends of the Europeade,

Next Wednesday the second virtual Europeade will start. It will help us all to keep our festival alive, and to look forward to meeting again in Klaipeda in 2022.

We will be putting several films on the Europeade Facebook page during the week of 4th to 8th August 2021 (the dates planned for Klaipeda 2021).

On Wednesday 4th August, 19h (CET) 
you can hear a short welcome film by Mr Rüdiger Heß, our president
and see a film about Klaipeda to remind you of the city. 

On Thursday 5th August, 19h (CET) 
you can hear a speech by Mrs Sabine Verheyen, Member of the European Parliament
you can see the official video of Europeade in Klaipeda 2009 made by Fred Scholliers.  You will see dancing, singing, music, the parade, and the city.

On Friday 6th August, 19h (CET) 
you can hear a speech by Mr Michael Gahler, Member of the European Parliament
you can see the Ukrainian group “Zoloti Struny” from Kiev who made the wonderful video of the Europeade song in 2020 
you can also see the official video of Europeade in Kielce 2014 made by Fred Scholliers.

On Saturday 7th August, 19h (CET) 
you can see the official video of Frankenberg 2019 by Fred Scholliers.

On Saturday 7th August, 21h (CET) 
you will be able to take part in “Together Virtually”, the dance and music specially written for Europeade 2020.

On Sunday 8th August, 15h (CET) 
you will find out which group won the video competition, and you can hear a closing speech by Rüdiger Heß.
